Where we work

Across Surrey.

Most of our work sits in the Elmbridge and Guildford corridor. If you are slightly outside it, ask. The answer is usually yes, and we will tell you straight away if it is not.

Each of these pages is about the place, not about us.

They describe what the housing stock in each town actually does to joinery: settlement, ceiling heights, alcove widths, which conservation area you are standing in. If a page could have its town name swapped and still read correctly, it should not exist.

Towns plotted at their true coordinates.Roads and river drawn through real junction positions. The shaded field is the working area, not a county boundary.

The Elmbridge corridor

Where most of the work is. Everything here is inside twenty minutes of everything else.

West Surrey

The A3 and M3 side. Older stock, more listed fabric, more consent to establish first.

Below the Downs

East of the M25 at Leatherhead. Inter-war semis and Victorian villas on chalk.

What “covered” actually means.

You are between two of these towns.
Then you are in. Oxshott, Stoke D’Abernon, Ashtead, Fetcham, Horsley, Godalming, Banstead and everything else inside the shaded field are covered — they simply do not have a page yet, because we would rather write ten properly than fifty badly.
You are outside the field.
Ask anyway. The honest answer depends on the size of the job: we will travel considerably further for a whole room than for a single shelf, and you will get that answer on the phone rather than after a wasted visit.
Your town is not listed at all.
More get added as real jobs are completed in them, with photographs. A town appears here when there is something true to say about it, not when we decide we would like the search traffic.

Ten towns, 16 postcode districts. Not fifty pages with the town name swapped.

Tell us what you are trying to fit, and where it has to go.

Four quick questions, no essay and no obligation. We will come and measure, and you will have a drawing and a fixed price within a week.
